Steven's canned peaches (no sugar)

It was our Monthaversary of our wedding day today. And of course we wished each other a Happy Monthaversary. It was a beautiful day -- amazing clouds. I worked on one of my paintings today for an upcoming show. Last night I froze some fresh, organic peaches from the Farmer's market, and today Steven began the canning process. The jars of peaches look so beautiful! And next February on a cold, dark day -- fresh summer in a jar.
Tomorrow, more painting and another wonderful week of summer.
