Today I'm reposting my blog from this day last year.  It seems perfect. As far as painting goes I am gessoing two layers on two canvasses and doing underpaintings, so at this point the visuals are not very exciting. We're so lucky to have two wonderful sons, and that they in turn have brought two amazing daughters-in-law into our family. I love the love shared by our family.  So on this special day I honour those great people, and am so grateful for all of the joy they've brought into our lives.
