Emily, my son Sam's wife -- 
our daughter-in-law.

This year I was so busy I missed the day, which is too bad, because I so
love our wonderful family. As far as painting goes I'm working on a very
slow portrait, and a landscape.We're so lucky to have two wonderful sons, and that they in turn have brought two amazing daughters-in-law into our family. I love the love shared by our family.  So I'm sorry I missed the special day to honour my family, and am so grateful for all of the joy they've brought into our lives.
