Happy International Women's Day and always drawing

Hi everyone.  Happy International Women's Day, and I
hope it was a good day for all of us. We spent the evening
with my husband's mother, who is a very special woman.

(I am working on putting a pie in
one of my paintings and this
drawing is prep work.)

I've missed you, but somehow been caught up
in the details of painting, organizing commissions, and
whew a week's gone by.  So today I am posting some of
the sketches I've done in the past week.  Whatever else
is going on, in every still moment my pen is working
at capturing what I see.
