On the easel

Untitled (Work in progress)

My friend the artist, Flora Doehler, once highlighted how
single-minded I can be sometimes when she asked me if
I couldn't work on something else when a painting was
bothering me. Like most artists Flora works on more than
one painting at a time.  I have not been like that.

But I am working on a number of paintings now from all
different areas of my art life.  Tonight I'm showing you one
work in progress.  This is a work I got back to a couple of
weeks ago, to deepen it a bit.  It's a life drawing sketch, and
I like it, but want it to be more finished in case it's in a
show next month. I am having a good time changing it slightly.

Have a loving your life day.

Thank you Evelyn,

I am adding to it so it cane be in a show. Before COVID I used to
go to my art group for longer, and this is a drawing/painting from
that time.

XOXOXOXOXOXO Barbara
