A day spent painting

Caitlin in the purple dress
Acrylic on canvas
36 x 48 inches
Barbara Muir © 2008

I don't seem to have a better photo of this wonderful
portrait of Caitlin in the purple dress that I did
years ago in 2008.  Caitlin posed for me today, and
she was the first model to pose live in the studio since
COVID began. The painting is far from done, and you
will see it when it's ready! :-)

We both rapid tested before she came over, and we
had a delightful time.  I'm sorry this photo is so small.
There must be a bigger one, and if I find it, I'll put it
in, but it's Friday night, and Steven and I just
bought, and gave one another our Christmas presents,
so I must go.

Have a loving your life day.

Hi Evelyn,

This was done in 2008. The current one is much less fancy, and
it is a long way from done.

I loved the final version of the one shown here. Love your work.
