Today was a busy day. I was at a neighbourhood meeting with
wonderful friends in the morning, and trying to organize my files
and my studio all afternoon. Looking at my blog from this day last year

I found this vibrant painting of tulips that I like. January 2025 is
was horrific for people in Gaza, Ukraine, all of the conflict zones,
and for people dealing with the the new American leadership.
This year things seem to worsen daily, so we need flowers,
kindness and empathy.

I think of my wonderful artist friend in Tucson, and friends all over
the world.
