Happy Holiday

Tulips in the students' gorgeous present

While my kitten eats a reward for letting us cut her nails,
I'll take a minute to wish you a very Happy Holiday
weekend.

Oddly enough this is one of my best tulip paintings. I love
tulips, and one day I hope to get to the Netherlands to see the
beautiful tulip fields in person.  Why do I say it's odd?  Because I
did it on top of a piece of palette paper, using the paint that was
there as a background. Thank you to my next door neighbour
for the gorgeous tulips now part of our holiday festive look.

Have a fantastic holiday and good wishes to all of your
friends and family

This is so beautiful. Has it lasted on the palette paper? The tulips are blooming here despite the cold.

I don't remember seeing this beautiful painting before Barbara. It is so full of life and joy! (we always give our cat treats when she lets us cut her nails too).

Hi Evelyn,

Thank you so much. I ended up giving it away as a birthday
present, so I don't know. I hope so. It was bond paper,
so I imagine it has. It snowed here on Monday. A lot. Lol.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO Barbara

Thank you Sheila,

Thank you. The kitten doesn't really mind, but our older cat hides if she
sees the clippers, and stays offended for a while after the procedure.

Love your work.
