Exciting news

A Day At The Lake

I was so happy to learn that one of my paintings A Day At The Lake
was accepted into the juried Artopia virtual show put on by the San
Fernando Valley Arts and Cultural Center in California. The show goes
online on August 1, and I will give you the link when it does. There were
400 entries to the show, and I was thrilled to have my work accepted.

Skipping
Acrylic on canvas
36 x 36 inches
Jennifer Hinrichs © 2015

My friend, the wonderful artist Jennifer Hinrichs, helped me with the
application.  I am terrible at forms, and she's computer savvy. So
I was delighted to learn that her painting, Skipping (above) got into a
virtual show called Children 2022, put on by Gallerium Art, a Canadian
virtual art gallery.

It is a great way to start off the week, thinking about upcoming shows.

Wishing you a loving your creative life day.
