Green and end of day

The tree at dusk

Driving back from the park by the lake on the weekend we
were stuck in traffic where a two lane bridge had been narrowed
to one lane.We were at a standstill for ten minutes.  On
one side of the road were boring condominiums and apartments,
but on the other side of the road -- lush forest.

In Toronto it is green from April if we're very lucky to October.
Then there are the glorious autumn colours, and then the bare
trees of winter.  All along the way home the other day, the brilliant
thick green leaves on trees sent out this message to me.  "Don't let
bad news, or the petty details of daily life -- or anything detract from
this beauty.

We went for a walk last night, and I loved the trees on our street.
I came home and started this painting. It isn't finished, but it's
a thank you to the beautiful green all around us.

Have a loving your life day.

Wonderful painting❣️❣️❣️ I think the same sort of way on walks. So good to get out into nature.
