Today I got Austin Kleon's book Show Your Work in my online
library. I am going to buy the book, because I love his writing.
But when I went to Type books in Forest Hill village, they
didn't have it. And it is a treat like all of his work. Side bonus --
the wonderful man behind the counter, Nick Rubi is an artist.
We gave each other our Instagram addresses, and now I
get to see his cool, abstract work.
It's a gorgeous day, and I went walking with a good
friend. Bundle up everyone says because it is cold. I did.
And the sun at this time of year meant I was way too warm.
Such a treat. Spring is coming. We had a lovely walk, and I
came home to work on this. It isn't done, but I enjoyed looking
at the tulips I have now, and painting.

I love these tulips. Beautiful ❣️❣️❣️❣️ I love the way the leaves swirl in amongst the flowers. And thank you for the book suggestion. I have read a couple of his books and will look for this one too.

He is an amazing author, and creator. I get his email notes
too. And if I followed every link he suggests, I'd be reading
for days. And all of it would be fascinating.
