The art group tonight

One of the great pleasures of my artistic life in recent years
has been painting with my art group.  As I've told you before
my husband usually drops me off at 7:30, and picks my up at
exactly 8:30.  I go in masked and paint with my group for an hour.

Tonight we were 7 minutes late -- which was good because when
I said goodbye to Steven, and walked in to join the group,
the model hadn't arrived.  Steven picked me up at
8:37. So I think once the model did arrive, I might have had
25 maybe 27 minutes to get this sketch down.

One thing I love about painting with my friends in the group is that
the creative energy inspires me to work quickly.  Something
I rarely do in my own studio.

I may do a bit more on this one.  I loved the model's
sweater, which I just began to figure out. Still not bad for
27 minutes (I think) painting.

Have a loving your life day.
