On this the 15th day of the Month of Love everyone
seems to be trying to recover from yesterday --
the pinnacle of celebration -- Valentine's Day.
I feel a little tired myself tonight because I
taught my once a week evening class.  The
students were writing and for the most part
silent.

I thought about what I love, and I love the buzz
of art shows, especially if I'm in the show, have
been working for months on preparation, and
finally everything has come to fruition and
I get to be part of a vibrant scene.

My drawing tonight is of an opening at the
Louvre.  I was intrigued looking at the photos
of people eagerly looking at art, their coats
bunched up over their arms.  What's strange
is that people can be right beside one
another and so wrapped up in taking in the
art that they barely notice the strangers next
to them.  It is a super thing to see -- people
entranced by creativity.  Yes!  I love it.

Have a planning-to-go-to-an-art-show day.
