Crocuses in spring

Tonight was my once a week class. What a treat it is to be with the people I'm teaching
on Zoom. This is going to be a short post tonight, because although I was working, my
husband has been on holiday, and now I’m going to spend some time with him watching TV.
I saw these crocuses the other day on my walk, I would love to paint them. But nothing can
really compete with the vivacity of the photo in this case.
I would love to paint flowers again. My son and his girlfriend gave us beautiful tulips
and ranunculus flowers this weekend. Wow they're stunning! But I have a
number of paintings on the go, following the recommendation of my fellow artist,
and good friend Flora Doehler. So I have to get that work done first.
