March -- the month of exuberance and expectation

Tonight I'm showing you a small detail of one of the paintings
I'm working on this month.  These are peaches on peach trees.
The painting is a large portrait of a mother and baby I started
about six years ago.  I don't know why I didn't finish it,
but suddenly I want to, and I know I can.  Ideas of what to
do keep flooding into my mind, and what seemed much too hard
now seems like no big deal.

Strange in art isn't it, how that can happen?  Sometimes a
word changes everything.  I came up with the title for the
peace -- The Stars that Shine, and I knew exactly what to do.
So you will see more.

I wish you a wonderful and healthy March. I may condense
this title to the Month of Change.  But you know what I mean.
And speaking of peaches, my wonderful husband put up
a bunch of jars of peaches last fall, and I am enjoying them
as often as possible.  Yum.

Have a loving your life day.
