Hard day on Cherrywood

Thanks to my brother Andrew I ended today on a cheery note. Sometimes
the wonderful things you do in your life, are hard in the process. We are
getting a new roof on our house. The roofers are wonderful, but the house
is shaking, filled with noise, And disrupting the neighbours' lives.

Not good. This combined with hard conversations in the house, and on the
phone made it a tense day. My brother has the amazing capacity to argue full
tilt. He can claim that he knows more about any subject we discuss than me
including, ones that I have taught. And so I argue back. But the delightful thing
is that when the argument is over, where the conversation ends, usually by phone,
there’s no resentment left over.

So if I called him up again and I’m sad or upset he can switch gears and be wildly
funny. I love that and I am so blessed to have him, and to have all of my kind family
in my life.

Have a loving your life day.

Oh now Jennifer Rose,
That's too bad. Sometimes I'm researching while
we talk on the phone, to check the facts! LOL.
