Something happy to look at

The happiest view
Acrylic on canvas

Today Steven and I had chores to do to prepare for roofers
coming tomorrow.  It may rain.  It did today, but if it doesn't,
there will be a lot of noise and disruption.

I was looking through old journals today trying to get the facts
on an event-- so strange to read about my life ten years ago, and
even earlier.  One set of journal entries made me happy, because I
have so many friends who love challenges, and I don't think of
myself as a challenge person.  But in that journal I was trying to
write three pages (hand written) in a journal every day plus a drawing.

I thought about sharing that with you tonight, but it would
take a lot of time, and it is late. Then I saw people responding
to a memory of this painting coming up in memories on
Facebook, and I thought, 'that painting is perfect.  It's the
peace I always feel near water.' So I'm showing it to you
tonight.

Have an enjoying your life day.
